Rossdowney Play Park Replacement - Contractor Tender

Derry City and Strabane District Council is seeking qualified contractors to design and build a new play facility at Rossdowney Avenue, Waterside, Derry/Londonderry. The project includes demolition of existing surfaces and barriers, installation of approximately eight new pieces of play equipment with safety surfacing, and comprehensive civil engineering works. Civil works encompass site clearance, earthworks, fencing, steel railings with three gated entrances on a concrete retaining wall, drainage systems, water attenuation features, paving and asphalt resurfacing, landscaping with specimen trees, and street furniture installation. Interested contractors must submit applications via etendersNI using this Call for Tenders. The Invitation to Tender documentation will provide full specifications and a complete list of required works. Only submissions received through the designated portal will be accepted.
