Bikeability and Learn to Ride Training Delivery Contract

Oldham Council is seeking a qualified contractor to deliver Bikeability Core Training and Learn to Ride Training programs. This contract runs from September 1, 2026 through March 31, 2029 (approximately 2.5 years). The contractor will be responsible for providing cycling training to develop biking skills and confidence among participants. Bikeability Core Training focuses on building essential cycling competencies, while Learn to Ride Training targets beginners learning to ride bicycles. The successful contractor should have experience delivering cycling education programs and demonstrate capacity to serve Oldham residents effectively throughout the contract period.
