Master Vendor Recruitment and Staffing Services for Diocese of Coventry

The Diocese of Coventry Trust seeks a Master Vendor Provider to deliver comprehensive recruitment and temporary staffing services. The Master Vendor will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and administering supply staff through standardized processes and technology platforms. Services include providing Supply Teachers, Education Support Staff, and other temporary staffing to meet the Trust's workforce needs. The Master Vendor will maintain their own pool of staff to fulfill direct supply requirements and may manage supplementary staffing through an approved Sub-Vendor supply chain. The Trust contracts exclusively with the Master Vendor, who assumes full responsibility for managing and overseeing their Sub-Vendor network to ensure service quality and compliance.
