Commercial and Risk Management Support for A303 and A30 Road Enhancement Projects

This opportunity involves providing comprehensive commercial and risk management services to support contract administration during the project closure phase of two major road enhancement initiatives: the A303 Sparkford-Ilchester project and the A30 Chiverton-Carland Cross project. The service provider will handle all commercial, risk, and planning activities required for supplier contract administration, including utility contract management where the consultant provides direct advice and administration to the service manager. Additional services may be required on a case-by-case basis for specialized contracts such as ground investigations and expert advisory services.
