Microsoft 365 Architecture and Implementation Services – Single Party Framework Agreement

WCC is seeking Microsoft Certified Partners to support its digital transformation through migration to Microsoft 365 (M365). This project will modernize IT infrastructure for approximately 700 Active Directory users, with a focus on creating a secure, collaborative, and efficient workplace. The engagement comprises two main phases: (1) Discovery and Assessment – evaluate current IT environment, identify capability gaps in architecture, security, tools, and skills, and develop a comprehensive 3-to-5-year adoption roadmap incorporating governance and compliance requirements; (2) Implementation and Enablement – execute phased M365 implementation, establish governance frameworks, deploy modern workplace and collaboration tools, implement data governance and endpoint management, and deliver staff training to ensure sustainable operations and user adoption. Key deliverables include current state assessment documentation, future state architecture design, detailed implementation roadmap, and phased implementation plan with emphasis on security, compliance, and minimal business disruption. The successful partner will help position WCC for long-term success in managing a modern, secure, and collaborative IT environment while building internal capabilities.
