The surveys will assess both occupied and vacant properties using ADDJUST Software, a specialized assessment tool. Service providers will be responsible for architectural, construction, and engineering inspections to evaluate the physical condition of the housing stock. This contract supports local housing authorities in identifying maintenance needs, planning capital improvements, and prioritizing repairs.
