Station Information and Security Systems Maintenance and Asset Management

TransPennine Trains Limited (TPT) is seeking a supplier to maintain and manage approximately 3,800 Station Information and Security Systems (SISS) assets across 19 stations in the North of England. These assets include customer information displays, CCTV systems, public address systems, passenger help points, telecommunications infrastructure, network equipment, and power supplies. Key responsibilities include: - Delivering planned preventative maintenance and responsive reactive maintenance services - Operating a 24/7 service management helpdesk function - Maintaining an accurate, up-to-date asset management database - Conducting full asset verification in year one - Prioritising faults based on operational impact and safety criticality - Working safely in a live railway environment, including trackside activities - Supporting asset lifecycle management and enhancement projects - Delivering minor works including small-scale renewals and modifications - Implementing remote monitoring and proactive maintenance approaches The successful supplier must be technologically capable, experienced in rail environments, and able to meet defined service levels and safety standards. The contract supports operational performance, passenger experience, and long-term SISS asset management across a diverse station portfolio.
