Legal Advisory Services for Scottish Community Care and Wellbeing Programme

Scottish Futures Trust is seeking a legal advisor to support the Scottish Government's Community Care & Wellbeing Programme (CCWP), an initiative to establish new integrated community care and wellbeing centres across Scotland. The programme is in early development and will deliver services through a standardized approach to service models, design, procurement, and governance. A significant portion of the centres will be financed through private investment using the Mutual Investment Model, structured as strategic partnerships or joint ventures with private sector partners. The successful supplier will provide comprehensive legal advisory services to support the legal and commercial workstream, including: structuring and negotiating partnering arrangements; developing contract templates and procurement documentation; and providing legal guidance throughout the procurement process to select a private sector delivery partner. This is an opportunity to advise on a large-scale public-private partnership initiative with long-term impact across Scotland's healthcare infrastructure.
