    Brief

This is a grant-funded opportunity to provide accommodation with support services for single homeless adults aged 18 and over with identified support needs. The service will deliver a minimum of 15 one or two-bedroom units operated in line with the Housing Related Support Flexible Purchasing System (Lot 2) specification. Services must adopt a trauma-informed approach to help residents identify the root causes of their homelessness and develop tailored support plans. The goal is to support residents toward independent living within 6-18 months by securing suitable move-on accommodation through the Council's allocation process or private rented sector options. Young people under 25 should be directed to the young person's pathway where appropriate. Funding is provided by the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG). Service delivery period: 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2027, with an optional 6-month extension.
