Land, Design and Build Framework Agreement for Social Housing in Northern Ireland

NIHE Belfast is seeking qualified Economic Operators to deliver social housing units across Northern Ireland (Belfast, North and South Regions) through a Design and Build Framework Agreement. Successful bidders will be responsible for providing land, designs, and constructing housing schemes for Arbour Housing. All work must comply with the Department for Communities (DfC) Housing Association Guide, the Employer's requirements, and relevant Statutory Body requirements. Housing units may be delivered across multiple sites or consolidated on a single site; however, each individual site must contain a minimum of 5 units. This framework is designed to support efficient housing management and service delivery across all regions of Northern Ireland.
