Specialist Heritage Works Contract – 12-Year MetroLink Programme Support (M190)

Transport Infrastructure Ireland (TII) is establishing a 12-year Specialist Heritage Works contract to support the MetroLink Programme in Dublin. The successful contractor will manage heritage constraints across project sites, including safeguarding artifacts in situ, removal and secure storage, and reinstatement during later programme phases. This standalone NEC4 Term Service Contract aligns with the M400 and M500 contract timelines and will be procured through a Negotiated Procedure with Prior Call for Competition under SI 286/2016. The procurement process includes a pre-qualification stage followed by tender invitation to shortlisted applicants. Interested suppliers must register on the Metrolink e-Sourcing Portal (https://metrolink.app.jaggaer.com/), navigate to the "PQQs/ITTs Open to All Suppliers" tab, locate the "MetroLink – Specialist Heritage" PQQ, and submit their response. All clarification queries must be submitted through the portal. TII reserves the right to proceed without negotiations at its discretion.
