    Brief

    Hywel Dda University Health Board is seeking a single provider to deliver comprehensive Relational Care Training programmes across all schools in Pembrokeshire and Carmarthenshire. The programme will support children and young people aged 4-18 years and include: (1) Up to three whole-school staff training days delivered face-to-face and onsite, aligned to school INSET days, in a conference-style format accommodating multiple schools for shared learning; (2) Individual staff training for key members in each setting; (3) A progressive, spaced learning approach based on research in schema development and adult learning to ensure knowledge retention and sustained cultural change; (4) Ongoing face-to-face onsite support and supervision throughout implementation; (5) Inclusion of PRUs, colleges, and wider services to ensure alignment across education partners. The programme must be bespoke to individual schools, tailored to local needs, and delivered bilingually in Welsh and English. Content covers three key elements: Emotional Safety, Trauma Processing, and Family Engagement. Expected outcomes include improvements in emotional wellbeing, feelings of safety, and school belonging.
