Primary Care and Outreach Service for People Experiencing Homelessness in North East London

NHS North East London Integrated Care Board is commissioning a comprehensive Homeless Health Primary Care and Outreach Service to provide healthcare to people experiencing homelessness, including those rough sleeping, living in hostels or shelters, and people seeking asylum. The service will operate across five locations in North East London: The Greenhouse Walk In (City & Hackney), Health E1 (Tower Hamlets), Newham Transition, The Centre Manor Park, Forest Road Medical Centre (Waltham Forest), and Loxford Health Centre (Redbridge & Barking & Dagenham). This is a competitive tender opportunity managed by NHS London Commercial Hub, valued at £33,908,220 over a five-year initial contract period (1 April 2027 to 31 March 2032) with an optional five-year extension (to 31 March 2037), for a maximum contract duration of 10 years. Bidders must meet the requirements of the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023.
