Ireland – Multi-Party Framework Agreement for Architect and Engineer Led Integrated Design Teams (Lots 3 and 4)

Údarás na Gaeltachta seeks to establish two separate multi-party framework agreements for Integrated Design Team (IDT) services in Counties Galway, Mayo, and Meath: • Lot 3: Architect-Led IDT Services • Lot 4: Engineer-Led IDT Services (Civil and Structural) Tender candidates must form multidisciplinary consultant teams. Each framework will include up to 5 economic operators and run for 3 years with a 1-year extension option. IDTs typically include: Architectural Services, Civil and Structural Engineering, Building Services (Mechanical and Electrical), and Quantity Surveying. Additional specialist services may be required based on project needs. Call-off commissions may cover extensions, refurbishments, repairs, upgrades, new builds, and infrastructure projects within Gaeltacht regions. Design services scope ranges from feasibility studies through statutory approvals, full design, implementation, and handover.
