Delivery Partner for Early Years to School Transition Support Programme

The Department for Education is seeking a Delivery Partner to support partnerships that help children transition from early years settings into school. The role focuses particularly on children with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) and those from disadvantaged backgrounds. As Delivery Partner, you will: plan and implement partnership approaches, promote collaboration and share good practice across the programme, support continuous improvement, ensure alignment with departmental priorities, maintain strong governance standards, and contribute to sustainable outcomes for children beyond the funding period. This is an early market engagement notice for exploratory purposes only and is not a formal call for competition. The Department reserves the right not to proceed with any formal procurement or agreements. No liability will be accepted for costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice.
