Managed Connectivity and Cybersecurity Services for Multi-Academy Trust

Lincoln Anglican Academy Trust (LAAT) is seeking a Connectivity and Security Services Partner to provide a comprehensive, outsourced solution covering all 25 schools across Lincolnshire and surrounding regions. The Trust operates 24 primary/infant schools and one secondary school, many located in market towns and rural areas. This full-service engagement requires the partner to deliver: managed connectivity enabling schools anywhere in England to connect securely; broadband services meeting DfE minimum guidelines and supporting the Trust's ambitious digital strategy (including 1:1 device provision); failover connectivity; firewalled infrastructure with cyber-attack protection; comprehensive support, maintenance, and monitoring; single end-to-end SLA; installation and transition services; and value-added offerings. The partner must manage all third-party relationships, provide transparent communication, and integrate seamlessly with the Trust's existing ICT Managed Service Provider as a de facto extension of the Trust. The solution must support the current VoIP telephony system but does not include telephony services or web filtering (managed separately by the Trust). The Trust anticipates potential growth of 5 additional schools during the contract period. Ideal candidates will demonstrate expertise in multi-site education connectivity, robust security protocols, and collaborative partnership approaches.
