Technology Transfer Services for DST-F Manufacturing

This contract procures Technology Transfer Services to enable knowledge, technical expertise, and manufacturing capabilities for DST-F to be transferred from the Supplier to an appointed Contract Manufacturing Organization (CMO). The CMO has been selected through a separate competitive tender process. The Technology Transfer process is a collaborative effort that includes transferring scientific findings, intellectual property, technical data, designs, software, inventions, and manufacturing expertise to enable the CMO to establish commercial-scale production. Suppliers should be prepared to provide comprehensive documentation, training, and support to ensure successful implementation of manufacturing processes and quality standards.
