Master Planning Consultant for Bremore Ireland Port Development

Bremore Ireland Port Designated Activity Company is seeking a Master Planning Consultant to provide strategic master planning expertise for the Bremore Ireland Port project in County Meath. The new port development will include foreshore infrastructure and complementary landside facilities for port storage, logistics, clean industrial development, innovation/research, and community amenities, delivered in multiple phases. The consultant will support the planning and consenting phase of this major infrastructure project. This is a negotiated procurement procedure under EU Utility Regulations 2016. Interested economic operators should submit a Qualification Questionnaire; three candidates will be shortlisted to participate in a negotiation phase, with final selection based on Best and Final Offers. Qualified applicants should demonstrate expertise in strategic master planning, large-scale infrastructure projects, and the Irish planning process.
