Global Travel Risk Management Services - Contract Renewal

Cefas seeks a contractor to renew and maintain comprehensive global travel risk management services. The contractor will partner with the designated Travel Management Company to deliver pre-travel briefing packages tailored to specific destinations, incorporating country-specific information, cultural awareness guidance, and identification of medical, security, and other travel hazards. Services must include: development of customized risk mitigation recommendations (such as vaccination requirements and security measures); creation and maintenance of an iOS mobile application providing access to all services with a streamlined interface displaying critical traveler information and emergency contacts; provision of unlimited pre-travel support via telephone; and regular updates to both the app and web portal with current country-specific risk information. The contractor should leverage a combination of in-house expertise, local in-country personnel, and established information providers such as the FCDO to ensure comprehensive and current risk assessments.
