Traffic Speed Condition Survey Contract 2027-2032

National Highways is seeking a qualified supplier to deliver Traffic Speed Condition Surveys (TRACS) for the period 2027-2032. The successful contractor will be responsible for producing high-quality, accredited condition data that meets the detailed TRACS specification. This data supports critical functions including asset management, compliance with Design Manual for Roads and Bridges (DMRB) standards, and calculation of key performance indicators (KPI3, PI5.2) and network valuation metrics. The supplier must demonstrate expertise in collecting objective pavement condition data using advanced surveying methods and possess accreditation to ensure data quality and compliance.
