Framework Agreement for Welsh and Bilingual Educational Resources, Consultancy, and Support Services

Adnodd, an arm's length body of the Welsh Government, is establishing an open framework agreement to procure educational resources, creative content, research services, and consultancy support. This framework seeks suppliers, content creators, research and evaluation specialists, and education consultants to help deliver high-quality, adaptable educational materials in Welsh and English that support the Curriculum for Wales. The framework runs from 1 June 2026 to 31 March 2030, with an optional 48-month extension. Suppliers on this framework will have streamlined access to work opportunities, though work is not guaranteed. Adnodd is committed to ensuring all learners and practitioners have access to educational resources that inspire teaching and learning, spark imagination, promote well-being, and foster lifelong learning. Participation on this framework offers visibility and the potential for regular engagement with a major Welsh education body, subject to call-off procurement terms and conditions.
