Suffolk Public Sector Construction and Building Services Framework

Concertus Suffolk is establishing a Construction and Building Services Framework to support public authorities and public undertakings across designated areas in Suffolk. The framework will enable these organizations to procure construction and building services for a wide range of projects including new builds, extensions, refurbishments, and installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across all types of public buildings. The framework will operate for 4 years and will be organized into lots based on geographic location and project value, with the final lot structure to be determined following the completion of the Project Management Evaluation (PME) phase. This is an opportunity for construction and building service providers to join a framework that will connect them with multiple public sector clients across Suffolk.
