Brief

Enterprise Ireland is establishing a panel of service providers to coordinate, design, implement, and deliver training for the National Start-up Accelerator Programmes. This panel supports Enterprise Ireland's new National Accelerator Programme, a key initiative under the Startup Ireland banner and the "Delivering for Ireland, Leading Globally (2025-2029)" strategy. Panel members will be called upon as needed to deliver accelerator programmes within their designated sector or specialist area. Enterprise Ireland retains sole discretion to determine which new programmes fall within the approved scope and may request full, partial, or modified programme delivery. Panel members may also be engaged for accelerator programmes in emerging sectors or specialist areas responding to industry developments, trends, and new technologies. Panel use is not guaranteed, and the entire panel may be terminated at Enterprise Ireland's discretion. An Initial Call-Off Contract for an AI Specialist Accelerator Programme will be awarded immediately after panel establishment, with submissions due by Monday, 7 September 2026 at 12:00 noon Irish Time. Applicants specialising in AI should submit both their panel application and a separate tender response for the Supplementary Invitation to Tender via www.etenders.gov.ie. Submission of the supplementary response is optional for non-AI specialists.
