McCloud Pension Benefits Administration Support

This contract provides pensions administration support services to assist the NHSBSA in processing manual benefit calculations related to the McCloud Judgement. The service will enable the production of Remedial Service Statements (RSS) that NHS Pensions must provide to its members, helping them decide whether to keep their current pension benefits or switch to alternative benefits now available under the McCloud ruling. Key responsibilities include managing complex benefit calculations, generating member communications, and supporting NHS Pensions' statutory obligations to ensure members can make informed decisions about their pension options.
