Complex Domiciliary Care Services for Adults and Children

This contract provides Complex Domiciliary (Home) Care Services for adults, children, and young people. The service is an existing contract being awarded to a new provider based on a framework agreement without competitive tendering. Services will be activity-based with rates defined in the local prices schedule. The contract runs from 1 September 2026 to 31 March 2032 (approximately 5.5 years). Providers should be prepared to deliver specialized home care services requiring skilled staff and flexible scheduling to support vulnerable populations across both adult and pediatric populations.
