Christmas Lights Installation for Broseley Town Council 2025

Broseley Town Council is seeking a contractor for the installation, maintenance, dismantling, and testing of Christmas lights for the annual holiday season. The goal is to enhance the town's atmosphere during Christmas, making it more enjoyable for residents. Evaluation criteria include: - Demonstrated ability to deliver similar high-quality projects (25%) - Price within budget (25%) - Quality and value for money (30%) - Use of local resources and skills (20%) Payment will be made upon satisfactory completion of the project. Contractors must adhere to health and safety legislation, minimizing risks to the public, and must provide a Health & Safety Information package prior to installation, including a risk assessment and method statement. Contractors are required to have adequate public liability insurance, and a copy of the insurance certificate must be included in the tender response.
