Resurfacing and Maintenance Contractor for Council Assets

The Contracting Authority is seeking an experienced contractor to provide resurfacing and maintenance services for its owned properties and public spaces, including roads, footpaths, car parks, and housing land. This is a combination of planned maintenance programmes and emergency repairs. The work includes resurfacing, creating new paths, extending parking areas, road and car park markings, and managing drainage systems like gully cleaning and CCTV inspections. The Authority wants a single reliable contractor to replace its current ad-hoc approach, ensuring better value for money, faster response times to urgent repairs, and improved health and safety management across public areas. The contract will run for 3 years initially, with the option to extend for up to 2 additional years based on performance. You should have the capacity and experience to work across multiple sites of varying sizes while meeting agreed performance standards and timescales.
