Key Requirements: - Identifier-based searches (phone numbers, emails, usernames) available 24/7 - Rich account attribution including user IDs, display names, profile details, images, and registration indicators - International coverage for UK and overseas identifiers - Data correlation and cross-referencing capabilities to link associated accounts - Active development programme to support emerging platforms and adapt to platform changes - Export functionality (PDF preferred) for evidential preservation and intelligence recording - Direct supplier engagement with development and support teams - Ability to determine service registration status - Superior intelligence capabilities compared to conventional contact synchronisation methods - Scalable licensing model suitable for large user base deployment without operational constraints Interested organisations should email paige.ward@sussex.police.uk by 4pm on 16 September 2026 to request the full Request for Information document.
