Leisure Facilities Management Contract - Milton Keynes

Milton Keynes City Council is seeking an operator to manage three leisure facilities: Bletchley Leisure Centre, Woughton Leisure Centre, and Windmill Hill Golf Course. The contract period is 10 years with an optional 5-year extension (15 years total). The total indicative contract value covers the full 15-year period and will be subject to inflation adjustments. The Council may transition to an agency model arrangement during the contract term and reserves the right to modify terms accordingly.
