You do not need to provide all services within a category—partial capability applications are welcome and will not be disadvantaged. Embark Multi Academy Trust and early adopter trusts (Esteem, Mater Christi, Chester Diocesan Academies, and ASCEND Learning) will use this framework for their requirements, with the market open to all other contracting authorities.
