Repairs and Maintenance Services Contract - Specialist, Excluded and Overflow Works

Hexagon Housing is seeking to establish one or more contracts to deliver repairs and maintenance services that fall outside or supplement their main repairs contract. This opportunity covers: excluded works that exceed scope or value limits of the principal contract; specialist repairs including damp, mould, condensation, roofing, drainage, electrical, heating, fire safety, and aids and adaptations; planned and preventative maintenance (PPM) including cyclical and programmed work; additional capacity across Hexagon's operating region; and flexible overflow capacity to manage peak demand periods. Contracts are expected to be term-based and/or framework call-off arrangements. Suppliers should have expertise in managing diverse trade disciplines and be capable of delivering services across multiple geographic locations. This is an opportunity to support essential housing maintenance and repairs for a significant housing provider.
