Dynamic Purchasing System for Work-Focused Activities

The Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) is establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) to procure Work Focused Activities across Jobcentre Plus Districts in England, Scotland, and Wales. This DPS is specifically for social services as outlined in Regulation 74 of the Public Contracts Regulations (2015), utilizing a light touch approach rather than the full regime described in Regulation 34. The new DPS, known as FSF Dynamic Purchasing System 2, will replace the current system, which expires on 31st October 2021, and will be effective for new call-offs starting 1st November 2021. Supplier accreditation applications will open on 20th September 2021. The total estimated value of this DPS is £250,000,000.
