Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance Services

HEART Academies Trust is seeking a supplier for Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance Support Services, including Digital Building Technology, for a period of 4 years with an option to extend for an additional year. This contract aims to enhance social impact and improve the quality of services provided. The selected supplier will be responsible for maintaining mechanical and electrical assets to optimize performance and reduce energy consumption. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, providing 24/7 reactive support, and implementing a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule. The supplier will also manage the lifecycle and costs of assets, deliver clear reporting on maintenance activities, and ensure minimal disruption to the school environment. Effective communication and collaboration with HEART Academies Trust and any subcontractors are essential, as is adherence to industry best practices and legal guidelines.
