Brief

Ofgem has launched a call for input on Network Charging Reform options and is seeking support to deepen understanding of three specific options: Network Utilisation Impact Charge, System and Constraints Impact Charge, and Auctions. This work will help Ofgem narrow down its reform options by year-end and will support DESNZ's broader Reformed National Pricing initiative, which aims to implement the Strategic Spatial Energy Plan. The project offers an opportunity to contribute to significant energy policy development that will shape how network charges are structured and applied across the UK energy system.
