Asset Management Services Contract - Value Increase Notice

One Vision Housing is modifying an existing integrated asset management contract to increase its value by up to 50% under Public Contract Regulations 2015 Regulation 72(c). The contract covers a comprehensive range of property and facilities services including responsive repairs, void works, planned component replacement, adaptations, cyclical maintenance, heating services, grounds maintenance, communal cleaning, property refurbishment, mechanical and electrical services, fire safety compliance, pest control, warden call systems, health and safety testing including asbestos management, and support for new building development. The modification has become necessary due to the Sovini Group's appointment as Sefton Council's exclusive affordable housing delivery partner through 2030, which has significantly increased development activity and service demand. This amendment ensures service continuity, maintains compliance standards, avoids procurement delays and costs, and supports the delivery of affordable housing objectives for Sefton residents.
