Beach Repair Works in Clevedon

North Somerset Council is seeking quotes for repair works at The Beach in Clevedon. The project includes: 1. Repairing or replacing four balustrade uprights that are bent and cracked at the connection between the post and its baseplate, which are leaning inwards. 2. Filling voids beneath the concrete slipway on The Beach where the beach level has lowered, causing undermining. 3. Replacing local stone and repairing mortar at the junction of the slipway and ramp using Cornerstone Harbour Mix or an approved marine-grade repair mortar. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary labor, equipment, materials, temporary works, protection, traffic and pedestrian management, and environmental controls to ensure the work is completed safely and meets the specified standards.
