Science Park Development Order - Phase 2

Devon County Council (DCC) is seeking suppliers to assist with the second phase of the Local Development Order (LDO) for the Science Park. This project aims to simplify the planning process for future developments by providing a streamlined approach to planning permissions. The LDO will help reduce costs associated with individual planning applications, benefiting the overall development of the Science Park. The project will be executed in two phases: - **Phase 1** involves procuring Avison Young to conduct Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) scoping and develop a specification for landscape architects who can provide comprehensive solutions. - **Phase 2** will focus on managing the drafted specification through the DCC process and carrying out the procurement for the lead consultant to complete the remaining work.
