Mechanical Services for Southampton City Council

Southampton City Council is seeking a specialist contractor to provide a variety of mechanical services for public and civic buildings, schools, and other properties they manage or support. The contractor will be responsible for planned maintenance, term servicing, breakdown and repair services (including emergency call-outs), and replacements for commercial plant and equipment. This includes servicing commercial boilers (gas, oil, and biomass), heating systems, hot and cold water services, ventilation, air conditioning, and associated control systems. All work must meet agreed standards and be completed in a timely, cost-effective, and safe manner. Detailed requirements can be found in the bidding documents.
