    Brief

    This is a procurement contract for the supply and delivery of milk and milk products to educational institutions across Northern Ireland. The contract will run for an initial 4-year period starting July 2026, with the option to extend for up to an additional 24 months. The Education Authority (EA) is establishing this framework agreement for use by a wide range of eligible organizations, including primary and post-primary schools, independent schools, grammar schools, further education colleges, nurseries, pre-schools, youth centres, and other educational bodies in Northern Ireland. The total estimated contract value is £21,000,000, though there is no guaranteed usage or volume commitment. The EA reserves the right to reallocate values between contracts and suppliers as needed throughout the contract period.
