Lintel Replacement and Associated Works at St Gwladys Primary School

This tender invites qualified contractors to replace defective lintels and complete associated structural and finishing works at St Gwladys Primary School. The project runs for 4 weeks commencing 13 July 2026. Key works include: internal scaffolding installation and suspended ceiling removal in rooms 078 and 063; temporary support and replacement of defective timber lintels with concrete lintels; timber treatment to remaining in-situ timber; removal and replastering of defective plaster with redecoration to match existing finishes; external scaffolding installation; removal of defective stonework above stone lintels; installation of new cavity trays; reinstatement and repointing of stonework; and replacement of defective windows with new units featuring mechanical operators in room 078. All works must be completed to a professional standard with proper site reinstatement and making good upon completion.
