Limerick City and County Council - Pest Control Services Framework Agreement 2026

Limerick City and County Council seeks a single pest control supplier through a framework agreement starting Q3 2026. The successful contractor will provide planned and reactive pest control services across approximately 5,000-6,000 local authority housing units, halting sites, and council offices and depots throughout Limerick City and County. Services include managing rodents, flies, insects, aphids, and birds as needed. Rodenticide use is restricted to essential situations only and must comply with 2019 Irish regulations. The contract anticipates approximately 450 service callouts over the initial 24-month period, though no minimum volume is guaranteed. The framework agreement will run for 24 months with optional two-year extension (two 12-month periods) at the council's discretion.
