Air Conditioning Energy Performance Assessment Services

Derry City and Strabane District Council is seeking a qualified and accredited Energy Assessor to conduct statutory inspections and energy assessments of air conditioning systems across the Council's facilities. The work must comply with CIBSE TM44 standards and the Energy Performance of Buildings Regulations (Northern Ireland). Key objectives include ensuring legal compliance, enhancing air conditioning system efficiency, reducing energy consumption and carbon emissions, and supporting the Council's energy management and climate commitments. The successful contractor will produce Energy Performance Certificates and Energy Advisory Reports for the assessed systems.
