The organization operates over 120 commercial properties (including 8 corporate offices) and more than 70,000 residential properties. The service will focus primarily on commercial properties with occasional residential coverage. Required services include: hard and soft facilities management, commercial fit-out services, energy management, and building maintenance and management.
