Treasury and Financial Investor Relations Services

This procurement opportunity consists of two complementary service packages: Lot 1 - Treasury Advisory Services: Comprehensive treasury management support including strategy development and optimization, cash and liquidity management, financial risk management (foreign exchange, interest rates, commodities), debt and capital structure advisory, regulatory and funder compliance, treasury policy guidance, restructuring support, credit rating assistance, and business planning with treasury modeling. Lot 2 - Financial Investor Relations Services: Ongoing investor engagement and communications including investor relations management, quarterly trading updates, investor roadshows and engagement activities, credit rating support, regulatory news service coordination, ESG reporting and investor expectation management, and general advisory services on best practices. Suppliers may bid for one or both lots. The successful service provider(s) will support the organization's financial strategy, regulatory compliance, investor communications, and risk management objectives.
