Electrical Testing Subcontractor for Leeds Active Leisure Centres

Leeds Building Services seeks a subcontractor to perform electrical safety testing on 10 Active Leeds leisure facilities. Work is scheduled for night shifts Monday through Thursday, with testing occurring up to 1 hour before centre closure and 1 hour after reopening the following morning (4 shifts maximum). The subcontractor must be accredited through a Competent Person scheme such as NICEIC or NAPIT. All electricians must be time-served with NVQ Level 3 or AM2 qualifications. The subcontractor is required to provide test equipment calibration certificates and share engineer qualifications with Leeds Building Services before work commences, with updated credentials submitted for any staff changes. This is an in-house service provider opportunity for Leeds City Council's electrical compliance and safety testing programme.
