Subcontract Delivery Opportunity - Swindon Area 2026/27

NCS is inviting suppliers to submit tenders for subcontract delivery services in the Swindon area for the 2026/27 academic year (1 August 2026 to 31 July 2027). The total available funding is up to £2.67m gross income. Successful suppliers will be selected based on most advantageous tender (MAT) criteria, and NCS reserves the right to make multiple awards to achieve best value. The opportunity is split into five distinct lots: (1) Adult Skills Fund programmes at Level 2 and above, (2) Adult Skills Fund tailored learning at any level, (3) Apprenticeships at Level 2 and above, (4) 16-18 provision at Level 3 and above (Level 2 may be considered), and (5) Higher Education at Level 3 and above. Suppliers can deliver through face-to-face or distance learning formats, provided all learners reside within 60 miles of Swindon. Interested suppliers can apply for one or multiple lots based on their technical capability and capacity. Funding amounts and awards are subject to NCS guidance criteria.
