Ernst & Young LLP Learning and Development Services Contract Extension and Expansion

This is a contract variation to extend and enhance the existing learning and development services agreement with Ernst & Young LLP, originally dated 2 October 2020. The contract term will be extended in phases: initially to 31 October 2025 (12-month extension), then further to 30 April 2026 (additional 6-month extension for business continuity), and finally to 31 January 2027 (time-only extension). The maximum contract value will increase by 50% from £130,000,000 to £195,000,000 (excluding VAT). The Termination Assistance Period option will be invoked to facilitate the transition of learning services to new provision when implemented. No other substantive changes are being made to the contract terms and conditions.
