Evaluation and Feedback Services for EU Member States and Institutions

This Framework Contract (FWC) opportunity involves providing evaluation consultancy and feedback services to multiple EU entities across 17 member states (Sweden, Latvia, Belgium, France, Spain, Poland, Ireland, Lithuania, Hungary, Slovakia, Luxembourg, Malta, Austria, Netherlands, Slovenia, Estonia, and Germany). The primary objective is to help these organizations meet regulatory requirements for monitoring and evaluation activities. Qualified evaluation consultants will be engaged to deliver expert advisory services, support implementation of evaluation programs and strategies, and provide constructive feedback to participating entities. This is an open call for consultancy firms and independent evaluation professionals to join a framework agreement that will serve as a centralized resource for EU-wide evaluation capacity and expertise.
