Multi-Disciplinary Engineering Consultants Framework – Ireland

Iarnród Éireann (Irish Rail) is establishing a multi-party framework agreement to procure advisory and engineering consulting services. This opportunity seeks up to five multi-disciplinary consultant (MDC) firms to provide design and advisory services across all phases of a major project (Phases 1-5, with optional extension to Phases 6-7). Selected consultants will support project development, management, and delivery following Iarnród Éireann's standard Project Management Procedures (PMP-001), including deliverables, project reviews, and gateway assessments. This is a competitive call open to qualified engineering and consulting firms capable of delivering comprehensive multi-disciplinary services.
