Albyn is seeking qualified and experienced suppliers to deliver planned maintenance and improvement works across five lots during the 2026/27 programme. The opportunity comprises: Lot 1 - External Doors and Windows for North and Easter Ross properties; Lot 2 - Doors and Windows for Inverness and South properties; Lot 3 - Doors and Windows for Listed Properties (with heritage compliance requirements); Lot 4 - Heating System Replacements using Dimplex Quantum technology; and Lot 5 - Additional planned programme works. Suppliers can bid for individual lots or multiple lots depending on their expertise and capacity. Detailed specifications and property information are provided in the respective lot documentation. Suppliers must demonstrate relevant qualifications, experience in similar works, and understanding of any heritage or access requirements applicable to their chosen lots.
